CollisionRight is hiring a Parts Specialist to join our team and help us “Get our customers back to go!”

This position will be based out of our Three - C Body Shop located at:
?? 2300 Briggs Road, Columbus, OH 43223
Pay: $18 - $25 per hour, based on experience.

As a Parts Specialist at CollisionRight, you’ll:
Accurately maintain parts inventory and ensure timely ordering and delivery.
Inspect incoming parts for damage and ensure immediate returns and replacements when needed.
Maintain a cost projection spreadsheet and collaborate with internal teams to track needed parts and supplies.
Build strong relationships with vendors and communicate regularly on status and deliveries.
Answer customer inquiries about parts or vehicle status with confidence and professionalism.
Ensure tools and equipment are functioning properly to support workflow.
?? Experience: 1+ years in parts operations or related roles.
?? Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal skills.
?? Technical Comfort: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, preferred.
?? Detail-Oriented: You catch the small things others miss and enjoy keeping things in order.
?? Team Player: You work well with others and help drive the team toward success.
?? Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license.
