Parts Specialist

CollisionRight is hiring a Parts Specialist to join our team and help us “Get our customers back to go!”

This position will be based out of our Three - C Body Shop located at:
?? 2300 Briggs Road, Columbus, OH 43223

Pay: $18 - $25 per hour, based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

As a Parts Specialist at CollisionRight, you’ll:

  • Accurately maintain parts inventory and ensure timely ordering and delivery.

  • Inspect incoming parts for damage and ensure immediate returns and replacements when needed.

  • Maintain a cost projection spreadsheet and collaborate with internal teams to track needed parts and supplies.

  • Build strong relationships with vendors and communicate regularly on status and deliveries.

  • Answer customer inquiries about parts or vehicle status with confidence and professionalism.

  • Ensure tools and equipment are functioning properly to support workflow.


What You Bring:

?? Experience: 1+ years in parts operations or related roles.
?? Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal skills.
?? Technical Comfort: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, preferred.
?? Detail-Oriented: You catch the small things others miss and enjoy keeping things in order.
?? Team Player: You work well with others and help drive the team toward success.
?? Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license.
